A century of gatherings
Some parties need a big room. A fortieth birthday with the whole family, a class reunion twenty years on, a family reunion that pulls cousins from three states. The Depot gives you roughly 10,000 square feet and the city’s largest open floor.
Other celebrations call for a warm, intimate setting. A baby shower with a dozen tables of games, a bridal shower brunch, a graduation party with a slideshow on the wall. The weathered brick and exposed beams do half the decorating for you.
Reunions get their own kind of room here. A class that walked the stage decades ago, a family that meets every five years. The building has stood since 1926, which makes it a natural place to measure time.

Is there a minimum group size for a party at The Depot?
Ask us. Showers and smaller parties are welcome, and we’ll help you find a layout that suits your count. Call (615) 969-0062 with a rough number.
Can I host a baby shower or bridal shower at Depot Square Events?
Yes. Baby showers, bridal showers and graduation parties all happen here, not just weddings. Bring your own caterer and decorator and set the room the way you want it.
Can I decorate the space, and how early can I get in?
Yes, bring your own decorator or do it yourself. Setup and decorating time depend on your booking, so ask us when you hold your date.
