Weathered brick and exposed beams do half the decorating before your decorator arrives. Gold uplighting, a crystal award catching the light, applause bouncing off a metal roof built in 1926. It photographs well, and it feels like an occasion.

The Depot isn’t only for evenings. Theater rows facing a screen, breakout space along the brick, and a lunch buffet in the same hall. Trainings, product launches, regional meetings and board retreats all fit.
Bring your AV partner and they’ll have an open floor and 10,000 square feet to work with. Set the screen, the mics and the stage where your agenda needs them, not where a hotel ballroom says they go.
Break for lunch from the caterer you chose. Then come back to the same room, reset for the afternoon session.

Line up your caterer, decorator, AV partner and entertainment. Use our preferred vendors or bring your own. We’ll talk through the floor plan with you.
Event day
Your vendors load in, your team arrives, and The Depot does what it has done for a century. You host. We keep the doors open.

Do we have to use your caterer?
No. Partner with our hand-selected preferred vendors, or bring the caterer of your choice along with your own decorator and entertainment.
Is there AV equipment on site?
Bring your AV partner and they’ll have an open floor to work with. Ask us about power and load-in when you tour, and we’ll walk it together.
