A fundraiser venue in Gallatin where the cause fills the room
Charity galas, benefit dinners, silent auctions and community functions. When a good cause needs a big room, the Depot opens its doors. Ten thousand square feet inside an historic 1926 freight depot, in the heart of Gallatin, just outside Nashville.
Partner with our hand-selected preferred vendors, or bring your own, so more of every ticket reaches the mission. Tours are by appointment. Come walk the floor with your committee.
Raise a glass, raise the total
Every fundraiser has the same shape underneath. Welcome people, feed them well, tell the story, and give them a moment to say yes. The Depot holds all four in one room, with a stage for the ask and a floor for the celebration after.
Host the annual gala, the benefit dinner, the silent auction, the awards night for your volunteers. Chambers, churches, schools, booster clubs and community groups all fit under these trusses. Folks who have lived around Gallatin all their lives still light up when they walk in for a charity function.
The room brings its own story. Weathered brick, a metal roof from 1926, a concrete floor that has seen a century of gatherings. Your donors feel it the moment they arrive.
Built for a big ask
Room for 350 supporters
Open seating for up to 350 guests. Sell the tables you need, then add a few more when the committee outdoes itself. Sponsor tables up front, general seating behind, and an open floor waiting for after the program.
Auction and display space
About 10,000 square feet means your silent auction tables, sponsor banners and raffle displays get their own lane. Guests can browse without crowding dinner, and a checkout station near the doors sends everyone home quickly.
Your own caterer keeps costs down
Our preferred vendors, or your own. Choose your caterer, decorator and entertainment, or lean on donated services. Lower overhead, more for the cause.

Fundraiser questions
How many guests can The Depot accommodate for a fundraiser?
Open seating for up to 350 guests in about 10,000 square feet. Rounds for dinner, rows for a program, or a standing reception with auction tables along the walls all work.
Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Ask us. Pricing and availability come by request, and we’ll talk through what fits your organization when you call or tour.
Is there room for silent auction tables?
Yes. With about 10,000 square feet, auction tables, sponsor displays and a checkout station can sit apart from the dinner floor. Bring your layout to the tour and we’ll walk it.
How early can we set up?
Setup time depends on your date and what is booked around it. Ask us when you hold your date and we’ll work out load-in with you and your vendors.
